1. About these terms

These terms govern the relationship between SiteLaunch (a partnership between Shadowtek and Lead Laundry) and any client who engages us to design and host a website. By proceeding with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

SiteLaunch provides:

• Design and development of a professional website (up to 5 pages by default)
• Mobile-optimised, responsive design
• Contact and quote request forms
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Secure managed hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure

Additional pages, features, or integrations may incur extra charges, agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Pricing and payment

Our standard pricing at the time of writing is:

• Setup fee: $799 (AUD, inc. GST), due upon approval of the final design
• Monthly hosting: $39/month (AUD, inc. GST), billed monthly in advance

Work begins once onboarding is complete and branding, content, and design direction are approved. You will not be charged the setup fee until you have reviewed and approved the design.

Prices may change. Any change to your hosting fee will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4. Your responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and any required assets (logo, photos, etc.) in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on designs within the agreed timeframe
• Ensure the content you provide does not infringe any third-party rights

5. Intellectual property

Once the setup fee is paid in full, you own the content and copy on your website. The underlying website code and design templates remain the intellectual property of SiteLaunch. You are granted a licence to use the website for your business for as long as your hosting subscription is active.

6. Hosting and uptime

We use Cloudflare infrastructure to host your website and aim for high availability. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly hosting subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@sitelaunch.com.au. Upon cancellation, hosting will cease at the end of the current billing period. The setup fee is non-refundable once the website has been launched.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SiteLaunch's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
